Obituary of Dale Anthony Tario
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Dale Anthony Tario, who passed away at the age of 57 at Hamilton General Hospital in Hamilton, Ontario.
Dale was the beloved son of Jeanne Biber and the late Trevor Tariq. He was a devoted father to his son, Kaden Tario, and a cherished brother to Sherry Tario. He was divorced from Kelley Merriman and was also predeceased by his Grandmother Emma Biber, Grandfather Leslie Biber, Uncle Lionel Dorton and Aunt Shirley Dorton, Aunt Erin Khan and Uncle Azhmut Khan and sister Tanya, who passed away at the tender age of six. The bond Dale shared with Tanya remained close to his heart throughout his life, and her memory was a lasting source of love, comfort and inspiration.
Dale dedicated his career to caring for animals as a highly skilled Veterinary Technician, working in both the United States and Canada. His exceptional knowledge, professionalism, and compassion earned him the highest respect of veterinarians, colleagues, clients and everyone fortunate enough to work alongside him. He was admired not only for his technical expertise but also for the kindness, patience and genuine care he extended to every animal entrusted to him. His gentle heart and selfless spirit made a lasting difference in the lives of countless animals and the people who loved them.
Beyond his work, Dale will be remembered as a gentle, compassionate, and deeply kind-hearted man. His quiet strength, generosity, and unwavering willingness to help others left a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. His legacy lives on through the many lives he touched - both human and animal - and through the love of his family and friends.
Dale is lovingly remembered by his mother, Jeanne Biber, his beloved son, Kaden Tario, his sister Sherry Tario, his cousin Sandra Thomson, his extended family, dear friends, former colleagues; and the many clients whose lives he enriched through his dedication and compassion.
A memorial service for family and close friends will be held at St. Mary’s Chapel at 1347 East 49th and Tioria Place, Tulsa, OK, 74105 at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 15, 2026 to pay tribute to his life. Following the service there will be a gathering to celebrate his life and birthday with those who love and cherish him.
Though his presence will be deeply missed, Dale’s kindness, generosity, and love for all living creatures will continue to inspire those who knew him. May he rest in eternal peace reunited with his beloved sister Tanya and those other family members who have passed.
