Obituary of Dorothy Wilker

Passed away peacefully at Lanark Heights LTC, Kitchener, Ontario on Tuesday, July 09, 2013 in her 102nd year. Survived by nephew, John Barthel and great-niece Jessa Ann Schneider. Predeceased by her husband, Gordon Wilker in 1991 and her parents John and Margaret Melissa Barthel (nee Rainey). Predeceased by brothers Ken Barthel (Mary) and Robert Barthel (Jean) and niece Jean-Ann Utech. Many thanks to the staff at Lanark Heights LTC for the exceptional care and compassion provided to Dorothy for the last two and a half years. Friends are invited to share their memories of Dorothy with her family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Friday, July 12 from 12:00 p.m. to12:45 p.m. with a funeral service at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel. Reception to follow the service at the funeral home. Interment at the Knox Presbyterian Cemetery at Mitchell, Ontario.
