Obituary of Conrad Lang

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Conrad Francis "Joe" Lang who left us quietly and peacefully in his 81st year after a heroic battle with pneumonia at St Mary's Hospital in Kitchener on Wednesday July 10, 2013. Joe was an entrepreneur who owned and operated a successful drain laying business, Aqualine Drain Ltd. for 27 yrs until he retired 15 years ago to spend his time gardening and tinkering. Joe will be missed dearly by his soulmate of 53 years, Eileen (Blair). He was the loving father of Jeff and Kim (Allan) Cybulski and will be missed tremendously by his grandchildren Clinton Cybulski, Brody Cybulski, Cassidy Lang and Ryann Lang. Predeceased by his parents, William and Emma (nee Conrad) Lang, and siblings, Helen (late Len) Stortz and Ben (late Madeline) Lang. Joe is fondly remembered by his brothers and sisters Howard (late Pat) Conrad, Clare (late Veronica) Lang, Isabel (late Doug) Husack and Neil (Peg) Lang. A special thank you to the doctors ,nursing staff and respiratory technicians at St. Mary's 600 and ICU who did everything possible to keep him with us. Friends are invited to share their memories of Joe with his family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Sunday July 14, 2013 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Parish Prayers will be held at 8:45 pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Agatha Roman Catholic Church, 1839 Notre Dame Dr. on Monday July 15, 2103 at 11am with Fr. Dan Lobsinger as Celebrant. Reception in the Parish Hall.
