Obituary of Bonnie Natran
Peacefully, with her family at her side, at Grand River Hospital, Freeport Site, Kitchener, on December 28, 2013, at the age of 65.
Loving mother to Gregory Natran and his wife Barbara (Ottawa), Deanna Valin and her husband Dan (Kitchener), Adam Natran and his wife Catherine (Oakville), and step-daughter to Marcel Frappier (Espanola). A very much beloved Nanny to her grandchildren: Justin, Jessica, Julia, Kate, Brianna, and Alysia.
Predeceased by her husband, James Natran (2008), her brother James Becker (2010), and her mother, Phyllis (1990).
Born in Thessalon, in 1948, she married and had three children. She spent most of her life in Stratford and Kitchener. A strong, independent woman, she worked very hard to support herself and her family. Always an optimist, she passes along a love of reading, of card playing (especially cribbage), and of just sitting at the dining room table and having a good conversation over a cup of tea. Her kindness, her sense of humour, and her courage will be remembered.
Friends are invited to share their memories of Bonnie with her family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Tuesday, December 31, 2013 from 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home. Cremation to follow.
