Obituary of Rose Cowley

Rose Cowley, formerly of Waterloo, in her 105th year passed away peacefully at Trillium Court, Kincardine on January 23, 2014. Beloved wife of the late Colin Cowley who passed away October 20, 1969. Loving mother to her son Douglas and his wife Betty. Cherished grandmother to Susan Affeldt (John Livingstone) and Steven Cowley (Chris O'Driscoll) and great-grandmother to Christopher, Michael and Hailey. Rose is survived by her dear sister Sophie Fairbarn. Predeceased by her brothers Dave and Harold Litner. A Memorial Service celebrating the life of Rose will take place on Thursday, January 30, 2014 at Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo at 1:00p.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Bruce Sweet officiating. A light reception will follow the service in the Fireside Reception Room. Cremation has taken place.
