Obituary of Joan Boldt

On February 25, 2014 passed peacefully at Freeport Hospital, Kitchener at the age of 76. Beloved wife and best friend of Lorne Boldt. Loving mother to Lynn Perkes, Larry Boldt (Catherine Watson) and Louise Engler (David Carney). Cherished grandma of Christopher Perkes (Julie), Kathryn Harris (Matt), Richard Boldt, Rachel Boldt, Joshua Engler, Jenna Engler, Adam Carney, Ryan Carney and Paige Carney along with her great grandchildren Lincoln Harris, Violet Harris and Elle Perkes. Dear sister to June Martell and Hammond Coppinger (Elizabeth). Predeceased by her son Robbie (1963) at only 3 years old as well as her parents Carl and Victoria (nee Carisse) Lund. Friends are invited to share their memories of Joan with her family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Thursday, February 27, 2014 from 4-8 p.m. Parish Prayers will be held on Thursday evening at 7:45 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Michael's R.C Church, 240 Hemlock St. (at University Ave.) Waterloo on Friday, February 28, 2014 at 10 a.m. Father Joseph de Viveiros as Celebrant. Interment will follow immediately at Parkview Cemetery. A reception will follow in the church hall.
