Obituary of Ronald Walsh

Ronny died peacefully, with the comfort of his family, at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at the age of 55. Beloved husband of Deborah for 35 years. Ronny will always be remembered by his children Tanya, Michael (Brittany), and Shane (Tiffany); grandchildren Alisha, Cierra, Liam, Cameron and Hailey. He will also be remembered by his nieces and nephews. Ronny was raised by his grandparents Josephine and Edmund Dyke who predeceased him. He is survived by his sisters Paula, Linda, Tracy, brother Gary, and his mother Teresa. Ronny was predeceased by his father Ronald and siblings Jean, Ricky, Terry, and Brenda. Ronny was a hard-working man who would do anything for his family and friends. He loved to cook and will be remembered for his unique personality and sense of humour. Visitation will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Thursday, February 26 from 7-9 p.m. and on Friday, February 27 from 1-1:45 p.m., followed by the funeral service at 2 p.m., Friday in the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo. Afterwards, a reception will be held in the funeral home's Fireside Room. As expressions of sympathy, flowers or memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully accepted by the family.
