Obituary of Harvey Windsor Haun

Passed away peacefully on Tuesday June 6, 2017 at People Care A.R. Goudie Home, Kitchener at the age of 70.

Will be deeply missed by his daughter Rachael, son Mike, sister Edith (Jim) Langfrey, niece Allison Ferguson and nephew Matthew Langfrey, 4 grandchildren and his close friend Claudette Taylor.

Predeceased by his parents Kathleen and Harry Haun.

Harvey had been involved in the Scouting movement in the KW area for over forty years, where he had the opportunity to impact many young lives. He worked for Kitchener Wilmot Hydro for several years until his retirement. He was an avid golfer and was known to be quite an outdoorsman.

Friends are invited to share their memories of Harvey with his family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Friday June 9, 2017 from 6 – 8 p.m. Visitation will continue on Saturday June 10, 2017 from 12 - 12:45 p.m. at St. George’s of Forest Hill Anglican Church, 321 Fischer Hallman Rd. Kitchener with the service in the sanctuary at 1 p.m. Reception to follow in the church hall.
