Obituary of Mary Elizabeth Boleyn

In her 34th year, Mary Elizabeth Boleyn is finally relieved of her suffering.  Mary struggled with cystic fibrosis throughout her years, and courageously faced many unusual life challenges.

Mary attended schools in Kitchener & Waterloo (primary and middle) and in Guelph (High School) as Mary Elizabeth Frank. She studied Nutrition at Breschia College in London, and developed lasting friendships wherever she went.        

Mary is survived by her beautiful daughter Clara Marie Bee Lucid Boleyn, who was her greatest joy and inspiration to survive.

Mary’s mother, Heather Kersell, grandmothers Marlene Rossi and grand-mardi Kersell provided unconditional support throughout Mary’s most challenging latter years. Mary was predeceased by her grandfather, Dr. John E (Jack) Kersell. Mary is survived by many extended family members, uncles Monty Kersell (Ina), John Kersell, cousins, and numerous close family friends in the KW area who knew and supported Mary her entire life.  Mary is also survived by her father James Wm. Frank, formerly of Guelph.

Friends are invited to share their memories of Mary with her family during a memorial visitation at the Erb and Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S, Waterloo on Saturday August 26, 2017 from 1 – 2 p.m. with a service in Celebration of Mary’s Life to follow in the chapel of the funeral home at 2:00 p.m. A reception will follow in the funeral home’s Fireside Room.  We will be honouring Mary’s wishes to serve dessert …. Her favourite motto being: “Life is short …. Eat dessert first!  

Mary has been cremated.  A Birch Tree will be planted in Mary’s memory at a future date.
