Passed away peacefully  at North Bay Regional Health Centre with her family by her side on Friday September 15, 2017 at the age of 94 years. Predeceased by her loving husband Jack Arthur Sr.  Dear mother of Judy Biddiscombe (Harry) of Trout Creek, ON. Loving grandmother of Michelle Joyner (Rupert), Jamie Arthur (Jennifer) Gabe Biddiscombe and Olivia Hubbard,. Great grandmother of Chloe and Alicia Joyner. Predeceased by her son Jack Arthur Jr. and her siblings Vernon Ratz, Violet Bain, Ken Ratz, and Ray Ratz.

Noreene had resided  in St. Agatha for 58 years and recently moved to Trout Creek with her daughter.  Noreene was an honourary member of the Ontario Steam and Antique Preservers Association.

Friends are invited to share their memories of Noreene with her family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Wednesday September 20, from 6-8 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Thursday September 21, 2017 at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment to follow at Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo. Reception will be held in the Fireside Room of the funeral home following the interment.
