Joe is predeceased by his wife Betty, his parents Edwin and Eugenia, his 2 brothers Harold and Gilbert, his sister Anne and his grandson Kyle Adam. A very special thank you to Yvonne Burns who loved and took such good care of our Dad. Together Joe and Betty touched the lives of many foster children over 30 years of dedicated service to Family and Children Services. Joe was a long time member of the Waterloo Knights of Columbus where he especially enjoyed the "Friday Night Fish Fry's" and his "Wednesday Night Happy Hour" with Richard and Bernie. The last couple of weeks have been an incredible journey and we have been so lucky to have taken this journey with our Dad. He will always be in our hearts and never far from our thoughts. We will love you always Dad!
