Obituary of Heather Ross

Surrounded by her family and friends, Heather passed away peacefully on June 2, 2013. Heather, "The Kid", beloved wife of Ray Ross. To Ray, "You have been my everything and brought me so much joy. I love you so much. You're the greatest." Love Heather. Loving mother to Stacy, Mark and Steve and their respective partners Neil, Sandra and Darlene. Cherished Nana to Stephanie, Christopher, Liam, Michaela and Adrienne. Dear sister of George, loved aunt of Todd and great-aunt of Halle. Special niece of Aunt Dori. Devoted daughter of Dick (Pops/Elmer), now deceased, and Micki (Nana/Eliza) Diamond. Loved and dearly missed by her "special circle of friends": PJ, Deb, Dori, Flo, Ingrid, Jacinta, Jennette, Maureen, Pauline, Ray (Ross), Ray and Theresa. The best thing about loving Heather was the love you got back. In her 30 years of dedication at Bell Canada Heather was a mentor to many, a visionary, a communicator, and was loved and respected by all. Heather retired in 2002 as Manager Customer Systems. Heather thoroughly enjoyed and respected everyone she met, living by "Love the unlovable and find the divine". She always looked on the bright side with a smile to match. She believed her "life was joyful and blessed." Heather is so very special and an inspiration to all. We love you Heather. A Memorial Service to celebrate Heather's life will be held on Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo, Ontario. A reception will follow. As to Heather's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation prior to the service.
