Obituary of Eleanor Hennessy

Passed away peacefully, with her family by her side, at Sunnyside Home, Kitchener, Ontario in her 96th year. Eleanor was predeceased by her husband John D. Hennessy in 1979 and by her daughter Sue Moser in 1969. Will be missed by son John Hennessy (Sally Kieswetter), children Jacqueline (Terry) Moore, Jillian (Paolo) Mastropietro and John Paul (Rebecca) Hennessy, as well as by son-in-law Jim (Marian) Moser and children Scot (Colleen) Moser and Steven (Rayanne) Moser. Great - Grandmother to Mia and Eve; Marco and Gianni; Nicholas; Ellie and Ethan; and Max and Austin. Eleanor is survived by her sisters Genevieve Gauthier, Ruth Reddick and Marjorie Carr. A very special thank you to sister-in-law Janet Renaud for her frequent care and compassion given to Eleanor. Eleanor is also predeceased by her siblings Donald Renaud, Raymond Renaud, Vera MacLellan, Mary Louise Dorey, Dolores Gauthier and Shirley Vegh. Memorial visitation will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Saturday April 19, 2014 from 2-3pm. A Memorial Service will then be held in the chapel of the funeral home at 3pm. Reception to follow in the Fireside Reception Room of the funeral home. Cremation will have taken place.
