Obituary of Signa Bielak

Passed away peacefully at Columbia Forest Long Term Care, Waterloo, on Thursday, January 7, 2016 at the age of 90. Survived by her three sons; Richard (Diane), Peter (Carolyn), Michael (Martha) as well as her four grandchildren Chantale, Lise-Anne, Rachel and Matthew. Predeceased by her husband Mathew, brother Tadeusz (Ted) Balcerzak and sisters Janina Bystry, Felicia Sokolowski, and Aurelia Rychlowski. The family would like to thank the staff at the Columbia Forest Long Term Care facility, and Warm Embrace Elder Care for their loving care of Signa during the past year. They would also like to thank Betty Jane Rose for her long time friendship, care and love for Signa right to the very end. Friends are invited to share their memories of Signa with her family during a memorial visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Friday, January 15, 2016 from 10-10:45 a.m. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel at 11 a.m. with a reception to follow in the Fireside Room of the funeral home.
