Obituary of Clarke Hoover

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Clarke Hoover who passed away peacefully at Pinehaven Nursing Home, Waterloo on Sunday, April 17, 2016 at the age of 83. Clarke is survived by his children Bonnie Harding (Clive), Stephen, Timothy (Iwona), grandchildren Kristen, Sebastian, and great-grandson Buster. Predeceased by his wife Greta (nee Stanton), parents Stanley and Matilda Hoover, and sister Jean Bylow. Clarke was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion in Orillia, Toronto, Beaverton and Waterloo. A funeral service will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Thursday, April 21, 2016 at 2 p.m. Interment and committal service will be held at St. Luke's Cemetery, Hamlet, Ontario on Friday, April 22 at 1:30 p.m. Reception to follow at the Beaverton Legion.
