Obituary of Rita Sheridan

Passed away at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at the age of 80. Rita was predeceased by her husband, Laverne (Red) Reichert in 2004; parents, Alphonse and Rose (Mahlman) Illig; and brothers, Joseph (Joe) and Herbert. Rita is survived by her sister-in-laws, Jean Illig of Waterloo and Susan Stevenson of Waterloo as well as her nieces and nephews. She was retired from the Linen Department at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital after more than 24 years of service. Rita will be missed by her friends and staff of Waterloo Heights. The family would like to thank the staff of the Grand River Hospital ICU for their care and compassion. Following Rita's wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Cremation will take place and interment will be made at Mount Hope Cemetery, Waterloo.
