Obituary of Grant Hertzberger

Passed away at his residence on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at the age of 94 years. Beloved husband of Lloy. Dear father of Mark (Yvonne), Breck, and step-children; Diane, Janice Fleming (Chris), Karen (predeceased), Jim Wendland (Julie Brown), Paul Wendland (Gabby), Bill Wendland (Janine). He will be missed by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Remembered by his brother in-law David Klaehn (Jill). Predeceased by his first wife Bernice Klaehn, sister Lloy Bedford and brothers in-law; Donald and Bruce Klaehn. A wonderful family man, musician and trombonist, outdoorsman and an all round "Gentleman". Friends are invited to share their memories of Grant with his family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 from 10 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. with the funeral service at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.
