It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jan, 58 years.
Beloved son of Vlasta Vacik.
Predeceased by his father Jan Stasko and his step-father Jan Vacik.
Dear brother to Vlastislav Vacik and Jana Connolly and her husband Paul.
Loving Uncle to Andrea, Geoff, Katie and Alannah.
Jan was a longtime employee at Williams Machines in Cambridge.
A private family celebration of his life was held today (Tuesday) September 7, 2010.
Cremation has taken place with interment in Parkview Cemetery.
Special thank you to the staff at Forest Heights Long Term Care Facility, Dr. Deen and the wonderful ICU staff at Grand River Hospital.
