Obituary of Mabel Lipskie

<h1>Mabel Lipskie</h1> 1920 – 2007 Passed away peacefully, after a brief illness, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Monday, September 3, 2007at the age of 87. For many years Mabel worked at Ingo Knitwear in Waterloo. She loved gardening and will be sadly missed by the residents and staff of Cambridge Country Manor where she has been a resident since February 2005. Mabel is survived by her two daughters, Dianne and Ray LaBarge of Kitchener and Gloria and Jack Kipfer of Waterloo; her three grandchildren, Michael (Pamela) LaBarge, Jeffrey (Gail) Kipfer, and David (Seema) Kipfer and her four great-grandchildren, Kyle, Tyler, and Sarah LaBarge and Joshua Kipfer. She was predeceased by her husband, Elwood Lipskie in 1967, her parents, Lewis and Wilemeana Grein; brothers, Martin and Clarence Grein and sister Inez Reibel. Friends are invited to share their memories of Mabel with her family during visitation at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo, on Wednesday, September 5, 2007 from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. The funeral service will follow in the chapel of the funeral home at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Joanne Peppler of St. John’s Lutheran Church officiating. Interment at St. Peter’s Lutheran Cemetery followed by a time of fellowship in the Fireside Reception Room of the Funeral Home.
