Hello Sylvia and Family, I am very sorry for the loss of such a wonderful woman. I always looked forward to Gertrude's appointments so we could catch up and have a visit. She always had a funny story to share, and often it involved the one great-grandchild, "Max". She always spoke highly of her family, the great times they shared and the wonderful care they provided her. She had a kind heart and a calming, gentle way about her. Gertrude liked to have a good time and share with everyone around her which I'm sure is why so many, including myself enjoyed her company so much. I was lucky to have met Gertrude and you as well Sylvia. Gertrude was a real gem and I will miss our visits. I got a kick out of her stories about how her friends would get together at night have a few drinks and enjoy themselves into the wee hours of the night. Gertrude loved life and I will miss her.
