<h1>Martin Hesch</h1> Passed away peacefully at Fergus Grove Hospital on September 25, 2010 in his 90th year after a long struggle with pneumonia. He was born in Romania on December 18, 1920. Martin leaves behind a large family. He was father to Martin of Blyth, Wayne of Kitchener, Linda Saur and Paul Howes of Clifford, and Carol and Doug Kurt of Waterloo. He has 11 surviving grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. There is one great-great grandchild to come in October. Lovingly remembered by wife, Eva Hesch. He is predeceased by his grandson, Marty Jr. Hesch, his brother John Hesch, brother-in-law, Harvey Fischer and parents Maria and Martin Hesch. Also survived by brother, George and Betty Hesch of Guelph, sisters, Mary Fischer of Staynor, Ontario and Katie Hesch of Elmira. He also has numerous nieces and nephews. He worked at Uniroyal Tire for 33 years and took early retirement at 57 to enjoy more time with his grandchildren and family. He enjoyed travelling to different fishing and hunting places. Visitation will be held at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo today (Monday) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 22 Willow St., Waterloo on Tuesday, September 28, 2010 at 2 p.m., with Rev. Paul Hartig officiating.
