<h1>Dawna Needham</h1> (LAUGHLIN) B.Comm. 1939-2009 In her 71st year, peacefully and surrounded by her family, at St Mary’s Hospital, Kitchener at 8:50 p.m., on Sunday, September 20, 2009. Wife of Dr. W. Robert Needham. Mother of Robert L. and W. Brent. Also greatly missed by the family’s canine pets, Jenna and Jura. Predeceased by her parents, W. Eber and Mildred Laughlin and sisters, Jean Ann Muhlig and Ava Lynn Colbert, all of Ottawa. There is a wide extended family, particularly in Ottawa and surrounding area. Dawna’s family thanks the many friends who have assisted Dawna during her exceptional journey, The MS Society, CCAC, ILC, Red Cross, PACE Home Care, Com Care and most recently, doctors and nurses at St Mary’s Hospital. According to Dawna’s wishes, there will not be a funeral. Cremation has taken place with final resting at Pinecrest Cemetery, Ottawa. The family plans a memorial service in the Chapel at Pinecrest.
