<h1>Alice Wideman</h1> (nee Sainsbury) 1916 – 2006 Passed away peacefully after a brief illness on September 17, 2006, at Trinity Village Care Centre in her 91st year. Predeceased by her loving husband of 54 years Emmanuel Wideman (December 22, 2003). Dear mother of Nancy Bignell, and her husband Bill of Kitchener, and Barry Wideman of Moose Jaw Saskatchewan. Grandmother of William Ryan and Christopher Alan. Lovingly remembered by her sister, Bessie Johnson. Predeceased by her parents, Violet and William H. Sainsbury, her sister Nellie, brother George, and her daughter-in-law Peggy. Friends are invited to share their memories of Alice with her family during visitation at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St.S., Waterloo on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service to celebrate Alice’s life will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Thursday, September 21, 2006 at 3 p.m., the Rev. Rick Hawley officiating. Immediately following the service, friends are invited to the Fireside Reception Room of the funeral home for refreshments and a time to visit with the family.
