Obituary of John Tanner

<h1>John Tanner</h1> 1936 – 2009 John George Tanner passed away, peacefully, at his home in Waterloo, on Friday, October 9, 2009, in his 74th year. John is survived by his loving wife for 30 years, Donna (nee Baggett). Lovingly remembered by his children, Tracy Tanner (Liza), Kevin Miller, Terri-Lynn Robinson (Yung), Tammy Tanner (Lawrence), and Gord Tanner (Stephanie). Beloved Papa to Kayla, Asia, Gwendolyn, Maddy, Griffin, and Natasha (Shiloh) as well as five great-grandchildren. Survived by his sister, Lyn DeLong (Gord). Predeceased by his parents, Vernal and Hazel (Parker) Tanner. According to John’s wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Wednesday, October 14, 2009 from 1:00 to 2:45 p.m., followed by the memorial service in the funeral home’s chapel at 3 p.m. The family extends a special thank you to the Community Care Access Centre Team seven nurses.
