<h1>Mavis Newton</h1> Mavis passed away, peacefully, surrounded by her family, at St. Mary’s General Hospital, on Friday, October 8, 2010, at the age of 77. Predeceased by her parents, Kenneth and Phyllis Cambridge and her brother, Paul Cambridge (2009). Beloved wife of Gord for 56 years. Lovingly remembered by her daughters, Susan Black (Doug) and Lori Kopp (Marty). Cherished and devoted Nana to Christopher and Laura Black and Kaitlyn and Steven Kopp. Mavis will be sadly missed and never forgotten by her family and many friends. Mavis was a long-time member of the Westmount Golf and Country Club. Mavis’ family will receive relatives and friends at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Tuesday, October 12, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The memorial service to celebrate Mavis’ life will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, October 13, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. A reception will immediately follow the service in the funeral home’s Fireside Reception Room. Interment at Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo.
