<h1>Kathleen "Molly" Playford</h1> 1922 – 2008 Peacefully, at her home in Waterloo on Saturday, October 4, 2008. Dearly loved wife of Jack for 65 years. Loving mother of Penny and her husband David of Sturgeon Falls, James and his wife Trudie of Waterloo, and David of Kitchener. She was the dear and cherished Granny of Chris and Lisa, and Jeffrey and Michael and Great-granny to Jamie. She is survived by her brother Gerry Bascombe. Predeceased by her parents Walter and Kathleen Bascombe, brothers Paul and John and sister Phyl. Molly was very active at Knox Presbyterian Church and in the Waterloo community. She taught Sunday school for fifteen years, served as chairperson of Knox Presbyterian Women, and was a faithful member of Group D. She was a life member of W.M.S., a volunteer with K-W Hospital Auxiliary for many years, charter President of Harold W. Wagner Home &amp; School Association, President of 7th Waterloo Scout Auxiliary, President of Wing 404 R.C.A.F.A. Ladies Auxiliary, a member of Prince Richard Chapter I.O.D.E. and of the Westmount Bridge and Social Committee. Friends are invited to share their memories of Molly with her family during memorial visitation at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The memorial service to celebrate Molly’s life and faith will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Friday, October 10, 2008 at 11 a.m. Reception to follow. Private family interment in Mount Hope Cemetery, Waterloo at a later date.
