<h1>Snooky "Claramary" Washburn</h1> 1924 – 2009 Passed away peacefully with family at her side, at Forest Heights Long Term Care Centre, Kitchener on Wednesday, October 21, 2009, at the age of 85 years. Cherished mother of Linda Rosenberg and her husband Moe, Dale Snyder and her husband Paul, and Nancy Hamblin and her husband Bill. Dear grandmother of Stacey Stephens and her husband Todd, Michael Rosenberg and his wife Andrea Kraus and Daniel Rosenberg and his wife Kristina; Erin and Kristen Snyder and Robert Hamblin and his wife Jessica and Matt Hamblin. Proud great-grandmother of Ben and Cole Stephens, Nikolas and Jonas Rosenberg and Yannick Rosenberg. She will be sadly missed by her brother Robert Fleischauer. Predeceased by her husband Robert; her parents Robert and Charlotte Fleischauer and a grandson Jeffrey Snyder. Snooky was happiest living in Kitchener surrounded by her dear friends and loving family. She enjoyed entertaining, curling, volunteering and travelling. She was a selfless, caring and loving mother and we will miss her. To know her was to love her. Friends are invited to share their memories of Snooky with her family during visitation at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo, on Sunday, October 25, 2009, from 2-4 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Monday, October 26, in the funeral home chapel at 11 a.m. Reception to follow in the Fireside Reception Room of the Funeral Home. Interment at Woodland Cemetery, Kitchener.
