<h1>Dorothy Timm</h1> (nee Schlote) Dorothy passed away peacefully on Sunday October 21, 2007, in her 96th year. She was the cherished wife for 61 years of Lester Timm, who predeceased her in 1997. She was the loving mother of Barbara Arndt of Cleveland and Gerald Timm and wife Margaret of Kitchener, and will be greatly missed by them, by her grandchildren, Suzanne, Sharon, Stephanie, Leslie, Murray, and Valerie, and her 17 great grandchildren. She was the oldest of 10 children, 3 of whom survive her: Carl (Jean Boyer) of Ottawa, Margaret (Welf Heick) and Jean (Jack Pym) of KW. Dorothy was a champion lawn bowler, alley bowler, and swimmer. She prided herself on her sewing skills and bridge playing. She was a former President of the Young Women’s Guild at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Waterloo. Friends are invited to share memories of Dorothy during visitation at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South in Waterloo, on Tuesday, October 23 from 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Wednesday, October 24, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. with reception following at the funeral home. Interment at Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo.
