<h1>Jean Halford</h1> 1924 – 2008 Passed away peacefully, on Wednesday, October 15, 2008 at the age of 83. Jean is survived by her beloved husband of 36 years, Bob Halford of Waterloo; her daughter Holly Wright of Connecticut; step-son Randy (Anna) Halford of Toronto, and daughter-in-law, Cheryl Halford of Texas. She will also be missed by her granddaughters Lisa Halford-Glew of Waterloo and Stacey (Bill) Friday of Pittsburgh; great-grandchildren; Madison, Brady, Mitchell, Baden and Camryn, and her sisters, Elizabeth (Frank) McNab and Anne Dahl all of Charlottetown P.E.I. She was predeceased by her step-son Roger Halford in 2004. Jean was a teacher in New Brunswick and worked for the Royal Bank in Montreal. Upon retirement she achieved success as an artist having one of her paintings selected to hang in the Parliament Buildings and one selected by the town of Kirkland Quebec to be used as a Christmas card. Friends are invited to share their memories of Jean with her family during visitation at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo, on Friday, October 17, 2008 (tonight) from 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18 at 10:30 a.m. in the chapel of the funeral home with the Rev. Adrian Lee of St. Mark’s Catholic Parish officiating. Interment will follow at White Chapel Cemetery, Hamilton.
