<h1>Martha Harris</h1> (Mattie) CUNNINGHAM (McConnell) 1917 – 2008 Passed away peacefully, with her son at her side, at Forest Heights Long Term Care Centre, Kitchener, on Wednesday October 15, 2008, at age 90. Wife of the late John (Jack) Main McConnell. Loving mother of Ian McConnell and his wife Doris of Kitchener. Beloved nana of Allison, Kylie and Meg McConnell and great-grandmother of Alex McConnell. Sadly missed by her nieces and nephews, John McCrindle, Nita Niven, Norman Lamont, Hamish Dick, Angus Dick and James Dick all of Scotland, and Marlene Wigham of England. Predeceased by her sisters, Peggy McCrindle and Betty Lamont as well as her brothers, Tommy, John and James Dick all of Scotland. Honoring Martha’s wishes cremation has taken place. Memorial Visitation will be held at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo, on Monday, October 20, 2008 from 2 – 2:45 p.m. A memorial service will follow in the chapel of the funeral home at 3:00 p.m. with the Rev. Brooke Ashfield of Knox Presbyterian Church officiating. In living memory of Martha, a donation will be made to the Trees for Learning Program by the funeral home.
