<h1>Patricia (Pat) McConnell</h1> Pat passed away, suddenly, on Tuesday, October 14, 2008 at St. Mary’s General Hospital, as the result of heart failure caused by pulmonary embolism. Many thanks to the wonderful staff of St. Mary’s, emergency ambulance drivers as well fire department of Waterloo. Survived by her husband of 51 years, John; her loving children, Pat McConnell and Sean McConnell; grandchildren, Taylor, Halle, Quinn; and great-granddaughter, Ava. She will also be remembered by extended family members in England and the U.S.A. Pat was a successful business woman working as a hairdresser in Kitchener-Waterloo area for many years. During her tenure she made a lot of good friends among her clientele. To honour Pat’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
