<h1>Alan Byrne</h1> Passed away on Friday, October 1, 2010 at the K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital at the age of 51. Cherished husband of Sharon. Loved father of Eoin and Ciara Byrne and step-father of Ryan and Caitlin Turner. Alan will be sadly missed by his siblings Damien (Catriona), Billy (Aileen), Ray (Tina), Joyce (Colm) Phillip (Catherine) as well as his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents William and Shelagh Byrne. Friends are invited to share their memories of Alan with his family during visitation at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Monday, October 4 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Parish Prayers will be held at 8:45 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Michael’s RC Church, 240 Hemlock St., Waterloo, on Tuesday, October 4, at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Cornelius O’Mahony as Celebrant. A reception will follow at the Duke of Wellington, 33 Erb. St. W., Waterloo. Cremation and interment at Parkview Cemetery will take place at a later date.
