Passed away at her home in Mildmay on November 8, 2010 at the age of 63.
Loving wife of Rick Clayfield for 33 years. Devoted mother of Donald Wickie, Robert Weppler, Scott Clayfield (Tammy Steffler), Jamie Clayfield (Kara Silva), Joey Clayfield (Lindsay Declou). Cherished grandma of Josh, Jesse, Patrick, Hope, Peyton and Sawyer. Also survived by her brothers, Doug Battler (Sharon), Ron Battler, Russ Battler (Debbie), Tom Battler (Toni) and John Battler; sister, Judy Yearwood (Dan); father-in-law, Richard Clayfield; brothers-in-law, Jim Clayfield and Rob Clayfield (Eva); and sisters-in-law, Mary Witzel (Larry) and Sue Carriere (Pete Vankruistum). Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her parents, Clifford Battler and Margaret (nee Schedewitz); sister, Joan Zarsen; and by her mother-in-law, Margaret Clayfield.
Visitation will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Thursday from 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will take place in the chapel of the funeral home on Friday, November 12, 2010 at 2 p.m. Reception to immediately follow the funeral. Interment in Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo.
