<h1>Ellen Pepper</h1> 1928– 2007 Passed away peacefully, at Lisaard House on Thursday, November 08, 2007, at age 79. Ellen was a longtime Public Health Nurse with the Waterloo Region Public Health. Beloved mother of Susan and her husband Rick Black and Scot Pepper and spouse Donna Welden; loving gramma of Robin Black and Ryan Pepper. Friends are invited to share their memories of Ellen with her family during visitation at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Sunday from 2-4 p.m. only. The funeral service to celebrate Ellen’s life will be held in the chapel on Monday, November 12, 2007 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Bruce Sweet officiating. A reception will follow in the Fireside Reception Room of the funeral home. The family wish to extend a sincere thank you to the Lisaard House Staff for their care and compassion.
