<h1>Edson Smith</h1> 1917 – 2009 Went home to be with his Lord on Saturday, November 28, 2009 at Grand River Hospital in Kitchener in his 93rd year. Edson was a member of Lincoln Heights Evangelical Missionary Church, Waterloo. He was also the owner of Mid-Town Appliances. Dear husband of Grace for 70 years. Loving father of Stuart and his wife Julie of Colorado. Cherished grandfather of Chris of Waterloo, Stephanie, Jennifer and Scott all of Colorado; and great-grandfather of Travis and Dustin, all of Ontario. Brother of Frank and Eldon Smith of Kitchener, and Lillian and her husband Frank Norton of West Virginia; and brother-in-law of Gloria Smith. Predeceased by his parents Dibble and Bessie Smith: sister Myrna; brother, Arden; and sister-in-law Lila. A memorial service will be held in the chapel of the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Saturday, December 5, 2009 at 3 p.m., with Rev. Bryan Ferguson officiating.
