Passed away peacefully, at her residence, Sunnyside Home, November 24, 2006 at the age of 81.
Lovingly remembered by her daughters, Gloria Dietrich, of Waterloo and Shirley Vanderhout and her husband John of Victoria Mines, Nova Scotia. Anne will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Dean Dietrich and his wife, Trish, Rob Dietrich and his wife Jen, Jackie Dietrich, Paul Dietrich, John Vanderhout and his wife Leanne and Donovan Moser. Anne will also be remembered by her great-grandchildren Cassidy and Kyle Dietrich, Caroline Dietrich and Tyler Moser. Anne is survived by her sisters and brothers, Sister Rosalie Reitzel SSND, Irene Kuntz, Rita Hergott, Lucy (John) Deibold, Francis (Millie) Reitzel, Walter (Mary Ann) Reitzel, Dorothy (Joe) Spitzl, and Margaret Hudson; and sister-in-law, Luella Reitzel of Hinton Alberta.
Predeceased by her husband of 55 years, John (Jack), March 2003; her granddaughter Theresa Moser, December 2005; parents, Joachim and Bertha Reitzel; twin brother Joe; and her sisters, Sister Victoria Reitzel SSND, Marie Linseman, Leone Jackson, Theresa Reitzel, Helen Fibish, Alice McMahon, and Agnes Reitzel.
Annes family will receive friends and relatives at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Monday, November 27, 2006 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., where Parish prayers will be held at 8 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial in celebration of Annes life will be held at St. Agnes R.C. Church, 75 Bluevale St. N., Waterloo, on Tuesday, November 28, 2006 at 10 a.m. Interment in Memory Gardens Cemetery, Breslau. Following the interment, friends are invited to the Fireside Reception Room of the funeral home for refreshments and a time to visit with the family.
Annes family would like to especially thank the extremely helpful caregivers at Sunnyside, in particular those on Laurel Creek and more recently Cider Mills. Your help and support will never be forgotten. You treated Anne as a member of your own family.
