<h1>Ruth Rock</h1> (nee Decker) 1930 – 2007 Passed away peacefully with her family at her side on Thursday, November 22, 2007, at the Freeport Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, at the age of 77. Cherished and loving wife of Howard John Rock. Her sweet and joyous ways will be deeply missed by her children Richard and wife Donna, Debbie and husband Rick, Lori and husband Mark and Sandy and husband Matt. Beloved grandmother of Shannon, Michael, Donna, Brad, Kristie, Erin, Jennifer, Katie and Nik. Great-grandmother to Braeden, Jack, Madeline, Charlotte and 2 babies on the way in early 2008. Survived by Donald and Glenn Decker and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Norman and Catherine Decker, brothers Jack and Norman Jr., sisters Beatrice, Lucille and Dorothy, and grandson Jason. Special thanks to Dr. Vitou, the Renal Clinic Staff, and the staff at Freeport Hospital’s transition unit – Union Terrace 3 North Court. Friends and relatives are invited to share memories of Ruth during memorial visitation at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South in Waterloo, on Friday, December 7 from 7-9 p.m. The memorial service to celebrate Ruth’s life will be held in the funeral home chapel on Saturday, December 8, 2007 at 1 p.m. A reception will follow the service in the funeral home’s Fireside Reception Room. Cremation has taken place.
