<h1>Michael Hazen</h1> 1973 – 2009 Passed away at his home, on Sunday November 15, 2009, at the age of 35 years. Beloved husband of Lisa. Loving father of Victoria, Lucas and Grace. Cherished son of Ronalda Hazen and grandson of Shirley and Harold Bartholomew. Sadly missed by his brother Jason Hazen and his wife Kylene and sister Kirsten Riddell, her husband Dan and their daughter Kendra; parents-in-law Marshal and Maureen Currie brother-in-law Neil Currie and his wife Meaghan; his uncles aunts and his wide circle of friends. Predeceased by his grand parents Bev and Eillen Hazen. Friends are invited to share their memories of Michael with his family during visitation at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo, on Thursday, November 19, 2009, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Friday, November 20 in the funeral home chapel at 1:30 p.m. Reception to follow in the funeral home’s Fireside Reception Room.
