Quietly at Winston Park Nursing Home on Saturday, November 14, 2009 in his 92nd year left this life to join his Saviour.
Predeceased by his wife of 58 years, Cornelia Derksen-Kasius; father of
Dr. Robert and Mary Jane Derksen of Gabriola Island, B.C. and Dr. Louise Derksen of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Visitation will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
A memorial service will be held at the Village of Winston Park, 695
Block Line Road, Kitchener, on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at 2 p.m. with Captain Lucy Graves officiating. A reception will follow at Winston Park. Private interment in Williamsburg Cemetery prior to service.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Laurentian Hills Christian
School or the charity of one's choice and can be arranged through the
