Obituary of Grace Elizabeth Jenner

<h1>Grace Elizabeth (Betty) Jenner</h1> After a brief illness, Betty peacefully passed at Grand River Hospital at the age of 88 years. Betty was a former and longtime resident of Elmira, more recently residing at Waterloo Heights Apartments. Beloved wife of the late Don Jenner. Loving mother of Wendy Hamilton-Smith of Mississauga, Brian of Victoria B.C., Anne Jenner (Richard Shaver) of Cambridge and Holly Dunn (David Bastedo) of Alma and daughter-in-law, Julie Jenner of Cambridge. Fondly remembered by grandchildren, Andrew, Eric and Matthew Hamilton-Smith, Jesse and Alexandra Jenner, Megan and Robyn Smith, and Rebecca Kastor and Nathan Dunn. Proud great-grandmother of Krista, Milica, and Ashton. Betty was a longtime teacher in Waterloo County. She was also active in the arts community, participating in Pameo Puppeteers, Little Theatre, Pioneer Comedy Troop and Club 404. She was a founding and active member of St. Aidan’s Anglican Church in Elmira. The family wishes to thank CCAC and Grand River Hospital Emergency Department, 5th floor nurses and staff and Dr. Fielder for their exemplary care of Betty during her brief stay there. Visitation will be held at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Sunday from 2-4 p.m. and on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service to celebrate Betty’s life and faith will take place at St. Columba Anglican Church, 250 Lincoln Rd., Waterloo on Tuesday, November 18, 2008 at 1 p.m., the Rev. Dana Rodgers officiating. Interment in Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo. Friends are invited to the Fireside Reception Room of the funeral home for refreshments and a time to visit with the family.
