<h1>Jean Craddock</h1> 1917 – 2008 Passed away peacefully, at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, on Tuesday, November 11, 2008 at the age of 91. Jean was predeceased by her beloved husband James Craddock in 1987. She is survived by her children, James and his wife Lee Anne of Waterloo and Margaret Craddock of Calgary, grandchildren, Amy (Dan Dutton), Michael (Rebecca), Alan (Lindsay), and Tammy (Greg Hodowansky), and her great-grandchildren Tia, Nicholas, Carissa and Evan. Jean is also survived by her brother Leonard (Wally) Croth. She was predeceased by four sisters and two brothers. Jean was born in Owen Sound and together with her husband, raised their family in Waterloo. She was a Justice of the Peace in Waterloo for many years, enjoyed her time playing bridge at the 404 club, and was an active member of First United Church. A celebration of Jean’s life will be held at First United Church, 16 William Street West, Waterloo on Sunday, November 16, 2008 at 1:00pm with the Rev. Eva Mezo officiating. Cremation will have taken place and a private family interment will follow at a later date at Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo.
