Passed away peacefully on May 9, 2010 at Columbia Forest Long Term Care Centre, Waterloo.
Cherished father of Robert and his wife Corinne of Waterloo, Michael and his wife Shelley (McDonald) of Calgary, Alta and Marianne and her husband Iain of Waterloo. Sadly missed by his grandchildren John Patrick and his wife Christine, Warren, Christopher, Sandra, and great-grandchildren Anna and Matthew.
Predeceased by his wife Marianne (nee Rooney) and his brothers Ed and Robert.
Friends are invited to share their memories of Jack with his family during visitation at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Wednesday, May 12, 2010 from 6 -9 p.m. Parish Prayers will be held at 8:45 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Lourdes RC Church, 173 Lourdes St. W., Waterloo on Thursday, May 13, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. the Rev. Edward Sheridan as Celebrant.
Cremation and interment in Winnipeg will take place at a later date.
