<h1>Wilhelmine Merklinger</h1> 1921 – 2010 Went to be with her Lord on Saturday, May 8, 2010 at Grand River Hospital in Kitchener at the age of 89. Predeceased by her beloved husband, Lorne Merklinger in 2006 and by her parents George Williamson and Lydia (nee Becker). Willy is survived and will be lovingly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and cousins. Willy worked for many years with Bell Canada and was a longtime member of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Waterloo where she also served for ten years as church secretary. Visitation will be held at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 78 John Street W., Waterloo on Tuesday, May 11, 2010 from 11 a.m. until the time of the funeral service in the church at 1 p.m., the Rev. Robert Krestick officiating. Reception to follow the service in the church hall. Interment in Mount Hope Cemetery, Waterloo following the reception.
