<h1>Joan Lamb</h1> 1914 – 2009 Peacefully, at Forest Heights Long Term Care Centre, Kitchener, on Tuesday, May 26, 2009, at the age of 94 years. Loving wife of the late Charles Cowan Lamb. Daughter of the late G.C.T. and Roberta Mary Pemberton. Dear mother of Roberta Finnie and her husband Raymond, Winifred Richardson and Carl Lamb. Loving grandmother of Elizabeth and her husband Brandon Flewwelling, Christopher Finnie and Elaine Froese, Michael Finnie, Russel and Patrick Richardson. Proud great-grandmother of Ella Flewwelling. Predeceased by her sisters, Helen Moorhouse, Winifred and Mary Pemberton and her brother, John Pemberton. Joan’s family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff of Forest Heights Long Term Care Centre for their excellent care. Special thanks to Leona, Judy, Kim and Vera for treating Joan like family. Memorial services will be held at St. George’s of Forest Hill Anglican Church, 321 Fischer Hallman Drive, Kitchener, on Friday, May 29, 2009, with visitation from 10 – 11 a.m. followed by the service at 11 a.m.. Reception to follow in the Parish Hall. Interment at St. James Cemetery, Toronto, at a later date.
