<h1>Grant Tamblyn</h1> 1941 – 2009 With heavy hearts and profound sadness we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. In typical Grant style he battled cancer with grace, courage and dignity to the end. Grant will be remembered with much love by his wife and soul mate of 46 years, Gail (nee Marshall); his children Stacey Aarssen and husband John, Scott and wife Tracey, Stephen and wife Cheryl; and his darling grandchildren Chantel, Taryn, Connor, Meghen and Cole who always put a smile on his face and in his heart. Also left to mourn his passing are his sister Judy Plummer and husband Alan and his brother Bryan and wife Maria; many nieces and nephews and countless friends Grant owned and operated along with his wife Vagabond Men’s Wear in Wallaceburg, Ontario for over 34 years and will be missed by the many associates he met as well as his friends in the Shriners Club of Chatham. Friends are invited to share their memories of Grant with his family during a visitation at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo, on Sunday, May 24, 2009, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A memorial celebration of Grant’s life will be held at Calvary Memorial United Church, 91 Gruhn Street, Kitchener, on Monday, May 25 at 11 a.m. Reception to follow at the church. To honor Grant’s Memory his family wishes you to remember that he lived his life in full colour so don't hestitate to dress that way during this life celebration as well as considering arranging a donation to a local blood donor clinic as a special gift.
