Eva Havlik passed away, peacefully, on Sunday, May 18, 2008 at Leisureworld Care Giving Centre in Elmira, at the age of 95.
Beloved mother of George Havlik of Waterloo, his wife Eva and granddaughters Marketa and Alexandra.
