<h1>A. E. (Ted) Johnson</h1> 1926 – 2008 Of Braeside Avenue, in Waterloo, on May 18, 2008. Ted was born in Mount Forest, the son of Ethel and George Johnson. He was predeceased by his wife Audrey (Harman) in 1999, his parents and infant siblings. He is survived by his sister, Joan Eccles (Alvin) of Mount Forest, sister-in-law Maureen Harrison (Colin) of Beamsville and several nieces and nephews. Ted was employed for more than 42 years in a variety of positions at Dominion Rubber and Uniroyal, retiring in 1986 as Director of Human Resources. He was Past President of the K-W Little Theatre and the Grand Valley Personnel Association. Honouring Ted’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or funeral service. Ted has asked for family, friends, neighbours, former business associates and health care providers to join in a Celebration of his life on Sunday, June 1, 2008 at the Waterloo Inn, 475 King Street N., Waterloo from 2-4 pm. Interment will be conducted at Mount Forest Cemetery at a later date.
