<h1>David Butterworth</h1> The family is sad to announce that Dave passed away at K-W Health Centre of the Grand River Hospital on Monday, May 14, 2007. Loving husband of Dorothy (nee Ford) and dear father of David (Jennifer) of Kitchener, Sandy Stokes (David) of Calgary, and Jamie (Rose) of Kitchener. Pa will be lovingly missed by his grandchildren Jim, Dan, and Carly Butterworth, Ian, Jeff and Graeme Stokes and Samantha, Jamie and Grace Butterworth. Dave is survived by two sisters, two brothers, several nieces and nephews and many, many friends. Dave loved life and was a great “outdoorsman”. To honor Dave’s wishes, friends are invited to share their memories with his family at a gathering at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home Chapel, 171 King Street South, Waterloo on Thursday, May 17, 2007 from 12 noon to 12:45 p.m. The memorial service to celebrate Dave’s life will follow in the Funeral Home Chapel at 1 p.m. Following the memorial service, friends are invited to join the family in the funeral home's Fireside Reception Room for refreshments and a time to visit.
