<h1>William Adams</h1> 1927-2010 Passed away peacefully at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital surrounded by his family on April 30, 2010 age 82. Survived by his beloved wife Beverly, his cherished children Kellea Corriveau (Pep) and Stephen Adams (Cheryl), and his dear step-children Terry Simmons, Peter Folliott, Laura Archibald (Mike), Nancy Jacobi (Steve) and Alan Folliott. Papa will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Jesse, Paige, Spencer, Riley and Landon, step-grandchildren Nathan, Adam, Sarah, Tara, Lee, Mac, Jessica, Josh, James, Michelle, Jonathan and Brianna and also step- great grandchildren. Sadly missed by his sister Honey (Ted) and nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, brothers, sisters and his first wife Bernice Adams (1980). Bill was a gentle soul. Retiring just 6 months ago, Bill loved people, especially those he met in his 62 plus years in the jewellery business. He and Bev loved to travel and spent many wonderful winters in Arizona. Bill had a natural talent for golf and amazed all he played with. He took great pride in his family, especially his grandchildren and his beloved dog Maggie. Bill was a wonderful husband to Bernice (1980) and supported her in her many public roles. When Bev came into his life, he loved his new family deeply and enjoyed all his new kids and grandchildren. As Papa slid into eternity we think we heard him say “Leave it with me….I’ll get around to it” Special thanks to the wonderful doctors and nurses at the Grand River Hospital ACOU. Friends are invited to visit with the family at Forward Baptist Church, 455 Myers Road, Cambridge on Tuesday May 4th from 7 to 9pm. The Memorial Service will be held at Forward Baptist Church on Wednesday May 5th at 1pm, followed by refreshments at the church and interment at Memory Gardens, Breslau.
