<h1>Eugene Savage</h1> Oct. 17, 1932 – March 8, 2010 Passed away peacefully with his family by his side at KW Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, Kitchener, at the age of 77. Beloved husband of 55 years to Aline Savage (nee Saumure). Dear father of Rollande Guylee (Murray), Liette Wycisk (Peter), Gerald Savage (Sue Astins), Anita Willson (Todd) and Richard Savage (Melanie Bouffard). Grandfather of 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Eugene also leaves behind a brother Edgar, sisters-in-law, and nieces and nephews, all of the Ottawa region. Predeceased by his parents Aurel and Germaine Savage; brothers, Gilles, Ernest, Réjean and Aimé; his sister Jeannine; granddaughter Sarah Louise Guylee; brothers-in-law Jean, Paul-Emil and parents-in-law Albert and Rosa Saumure. Eugene worked as a bricklayer for 55 years and loved his chosen profession. He was also a member of Centre Communautaire Francophone de Woodstock. Friends are invited to share memories of Eugene’s life with his family at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Thursday March 11, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will take place in the funeral home chapel on Friday March 12 at 1 pm. with the Rev. David Lewis of St. Teresa’s RC Church officiating. Reception to follow at the Funeral Home.
